I have been a frequent patient of this medical group for my pregnancy. I had chosen to see Dr. Lam, and I have no regrets sticking with her as my OBGYN. Once my pregnancy was confirmed, gave me a list with approximate dates to make subsequent appointments. I pretty much was able to make my appointments from that point to when I would be 40 weeks, and got the dates and times that I wanted. She is patient and listens to my concerns at each visit. She is also efficient and concise when explaining things. She helped me feel at ease during my pregnancy visits by letting me know what is normal or not and what to expect in the coming weeks. Her team is fantastic as well -- they are very responsive via their online messaging portal MyHealth. In my year of being a patient with this medical group, I have never run into issues getting a hold of someone to reschedule my appointment. I am honestly surprised by some of the low ratings and reviews. The only thing to note is that the OBGYN you have for your pregnancy may not be the same one who does the delivery because providers in the group take turns covering the hospital. They have a parking lot that is reasonable to small sized. I haven't run into issues with getting a parking spot during my visits, but I could see the parking lot getting full.
I was a patient at this clinic during my pregnancy. I saw Dr. Buzi for the majority of my routine visits and in hindsight I wish I had switched to someone else. She was often checked out, uncaring, just checking boxes and strangely reluctant to provide any information. All of the other doctors I met were much more professional and educative. Any questions I asked (which were not many) were met with weary disdain, callousness and she would give me answers like, "oh you could do that, or you could not" with no more elaboration. I am supremely thankful that she was not my doctor during labor and delivery. My two doctors at L&D (from the same clinic) were awesome and I'm so grateful to them.I shrugged my feelings off and stuck with Dr. Buzi thinking that these visits are routine and should not matter too much while I was maintaining my health and nutrition, but these things do matter and I feel cheated of what should have been a professional and caring patient-doctor experience. There is no doubt that Dr. Buzi is intelligent and probably competent in adverse circumstances but she does not care.
Every visit we have goes smooth and fast yet not rush. We love Dr. Miller. She shows compassion, she lets me express any concerns. Shes fully thorough on the entire process of my pregnancy. She shows excitement for us and makes me feel at ease with how organize she explains each step of the way! The front staff is super friendly! Never had an issue with scheduling or checking in. Always on time never waiting around. Great communication via my health app. Overall 10/10
