Janeen at the front desk was super welcoming the whole time and Crystal did a wonderful job with the laser hair removal to the point where I fell asleep mid treatment! They made it a wonderful experience, 10/10 would recommend.
Ms. Yen was the most amazing help. Don’t even know where to start describing our experience. Knowledgeable, super helpful, load of patience, a ready smile, and goes out of way to make the person understand pros and cons of all options. Hope laseraway recognizes such an exceptional star they have.
LaserAway is my “fun” place! I pamper myself with the treatments LaserAway offers, and I look younger for it! I live closer to the Milpitas location, and the staff is nice. Though, I am always happy to drive to the Mountain View location off of San Antonio, if there is an appointment available sooner. This location is a bit larger, and Mina, the Director, is very knowledgeable and helpful and all the staff are friendly, too. I've had Thermage, Potenza Microneedling, lip fillers and Hydrafacials at LaserAway. Great prices when you catch a sale, and LaserAway offers sales often!
