I’ve been coming to the Mountain View LaserAway clinic for quite some time, and every visit has been a great experience. The staff are always warm, friendly, and professional. I especially want to recognize Janeen, who has been incredibly helpful in finding the right treatment packages for both my daughter and me. She’s always patient, knowledgeable, and happy to answer any questions I have. Her excellent customer service and genuine care make every visit enjoyable. I am writing to commend the exceptional service I consistently receive at the Laseraway Mountain View location. While I have visited other centers, this particular facility stands out for its convenience, including ample parking, and most importantly, its outstanding team.

My positive experiences begin the moment I arrive, largely due to the exemplary customer service provided by Janeen at the front desk. Her warm, welcoming demeanor creates a truly pleasant atmosphere. This review is for nurse Anna. I came for my clear and brilliant treatment, which I’ve had done over a dozen times; but Anna’s warm professionalism and attention to detail really stood out to me. She told me she was new to this role, but you could tell she is a highly experienced nurse and knowledgable in dermatology. She explained the different lasers and settings to me and helped me adjust my settings to target my concerns. She was meticulous with every pass of the laser and always explained what was happening next. I could tell it was a busy day but she never made me feel rushed. Thank you, Anna!
