Yen is the only person who made my experience at Laseraway so great. I’ve moved out from Cali and will not be continuing with Laseraway because of the poor experience at my new location. This location is the best. 💕

I am deeply grateful to you for turning my experience around. Honestly, LaserAway, I feel like this girl(Yen) is the one saving your company, because my experiences even with your managers were not good at all.

Janeen is the best she is always so warm and friendly and getting me the best deals for laseraway that’s the only reason I come back. San Carlos is awful & rude the director there will cancel your appt and not even let you know, happened two times to me. Palo Alto is 50/50 but Mountain View is always good only when I come in to see Janeen though other people there are not helpful at all if I’m being honest.
