This is a long-overdue review for a Pool Corby Gould put in during the pandemic. If you are looking for wise counsel on a pool construction project, I don't think you could do better than Corby.

First, Corby is an encyclopedia of pools, and gives great advice on what you'll actually need (including ways to save money). He is totally straightforward. Everything we upgraded above his advice, we came later to realize we actually didn't need/didn't use. If you're reading this - yes, those 18 jets in the spa, we rarely use them.

Corby Pools has been key in helping us unwind a classic game of pay-me-now-or-pay-me-later. The savings we opted to recoup from our general and landscaping contractors during the initial construction of our home has come now home to roost, twice.

In 2021, we had a substantial leak in our in-grade spa and the original general contractor and spa subcontractor (not Corby) were both AWOL. Through our pool maintenance company, we received a recommendation for Tully Gould and Corby Pools to take a look at it. Great service and response time! I needed help with my spa. I couldn't get it to work properly and I couldn't balance the chemicals after some intense mountain rains. I wanted to use it asap. I called Corby Pools and they were able to get my spa working perfectly - better than it had been working in years (and cleaner). They spent the time to explain what I should be doing to better maintain my spa myself. I don't usually write yelp reviews but these guys really made an impression. I definitely recommend them.
