Excel Pool is the best. We've used Excel for 20 plus years. When the Excel Pool service guy leaves, our pool is bright, clear and ready to jump into. Recently we had experienced rust stains in the deep end. Excel's head man, came out with a unique way to remove the rust stains from the pool floor. He was here for about 20 minutes. Incredible! Our spa stopped working so I called Excel. They were able to come out and look at it right away, which was very helpful. They opened it up and found a pair of swim googles stuck inside. Once removed, the spa worked well again... until I tried to refill it. Suddenly it wouldn't hold water at all! I was worried that it could have been broken when it was taken apart, so I called Excel again. They understood my concern and came right back out to make sure that the problem wasn't related to their work. It wasn't. It turned out that I had jostled loose a tube during my attempt to refill the spa. Excel showed me the evidence and then helped repair the damage. Thanks, Excel!

I reached out to Excel Pool & Spa about a problem I had with my hot tub and it was the kind of thing they didn't work on, but Ana was kind enough to suggest another company that did. That saved me a lot of time and hassle and I really appreciated it.
