I'm in charge of the pool and spa at an HOA, town home complex, in Sunnyvale. Greg Smith and his associates have been servicing our pool and spa for about four years now. They're good on every level, especially quick service when a problem appears, which it often does at our 40-year-old facility. They invariably know what to do, plus the bi-weekly service is reliable. Monthly and repair rates seem reasonable to me, and we've occasionally shopped around to make sure. But the key is: great and prompt service in time of need.
