“An update to my review on 9/23/23.Rich and Gus responded to my complaint. We agreed on a date to do paint correction and reapplying the ceramic coating on my new Tesla Model 3. After 2 days the car looked excellent, swirls were gone and the red paint is vibrant. I really appreciate their quick response to remedy the situation and attention to detail. “I made an appointment for a premium wash this morning. Carlos messaged me with ETA and arrived right on time. He took the time to explain to me what services he'll be performing to my car and that he'll be done within 50 mins. My focus was to clean my matte rims due to they were very dirty. After 1.5 hours I went to check up on progress and Carlos told me that he had to spend extra time on cleaning my wheels. He even brought in extra help, Jose, to help get the entire job done. My car hasn't looked this sharp since buying it 4-5 years ago! And this was for a premium wash and not a full detail.
