I heard about him through word of mouth, and I’m really glad I reached out. From the very beginning, he was responsive, easy to communicate with, and made the whole process feel simple and stress-free. I was also able to get a great deal as a Sutter Health employee, and he got my car scheduled within a week, which I really appreciated.
During the process, he kept me updated the entire time and communicated clearly, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. My windows were actually contaminated, which caused the job to take a bit longer than expected, but he handled it professionally and made sure everything was done right.
I usually don't leave reviews, but VIP Detailing Studio earned this one. My son had his vehicle detailed here and couldn't stop talking about the results, so | decided to give them a try. What impressed me the most wasn't just how clean my vehicle looked—it was the professionalism, communication, and attention to detail throughout the entire process. You can tell they care about doing the job right. It's hard to find businesses like that these days, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

They took the time to explain everything clearly without trying to sell me services I didn't need. Since I park under trees every day, my car gets dirty quickly, they recommended a 3-year ceramic coating along with monthly maintenance washes to help protect the paint and make routine cleaning much easier. The gloss, slickness, and water beading have been amazing, and I have peace of mind knowing my vehicle is protected. I highly recommend… read full review
