I had a minor issue come up after they applied the film and ceramic coating. XCare really takes good care of it's customers and resolved any issues. They're very responsive and polite. I am really impressed with their customer service and workmanship, and I know I can be very picky.
I had a fantastic experience at Michael’s shop. The entire team is friendly, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. What stood out the most was their honesty. There were no pushy sales tactics or attempts to upsell me on things I didn't need. They provided excellent service at a very fair price, delivering real value for the money.
Highly recommend this shop.
