I had just flown a long round trip across the country, from SFO to New York and back. After nearly six hours each way sitting at 32,000 feet, my body felt stiff, cold, sore, and completely drained. As soon as I landed back in SFO, I made an appointment for the next day. I accidently came across this massage and wellness place because of Google Maps.

Izabella worked her way through my body with incredible attention and care. I could feel every time she found a tight or painful spot, and then she would work her magic with the perfect therapeutic pressure from her hands and fingers. My body melted into the table and I fell asleep a few times.

“Cute spa tucked away near the Wells Fargo Bank. I was in town and wanted to try out their saunas. I opted for the one outside. It was private and tranquil. I loved how hot mine was. It was a 60 min session at 157 degrees. I forget the brand of sauna but it was not the Sunlighten Brand but it was great. The one indoor was in a hallway so it doesn't seem as private but looked nice. I look forward to my next session when I'm visiting my parents.“

During the past 10 years I have visited, doctors, naturopaths, neurologists, chiropractors, acupunctrists, you name it.

The heated bed, cozy bedding, comfortable bed, calming music, and charming low lighting allows for total relaxation. Her techniques combine approaches I've never received in a traditional massage, including some light stretching before diving deeper into massaging to open up muscles and create space. It felt like it helped prepare the muscles for the massage and integrate the work unfolding. Good, therapeutic massages, deep tissue, find and work the knots you didn't even know you had. Balance between pleasure and pain, not leaving you feeling beaten up after.
