I just completed another 60minute massage with Octavio. He's amazing and knowledgeable. He finds those knots and smooths them out. His massage room is calm and peaceful. I feel safe and soothed in his care. I hesitate to leave this review at all because I don't want my favorite therapist to get all booked up with no room in his schedule for me. haha. But it's only fair that his skills are acknowledged. Please treat him well Massage Envy Morgan Hill.

Kathleen gave me the most relaxing and thorough facial. She's the best! Also had a wonderful massage from Octavio. He has great experience and helping with Plantar Flacia. Desiree at the front desk is always efficient and helpful.

I'm not usually one to write reviews but I am so happy and grateful for my experience that I felt the need to hop on here! I had no issues booking my appointment, when I arrived I asked the front desk person, Desiree, about the products they had for lips- she was knowledgeable about the products and also informed me that I could add a lip treatment as an add on to my facial! I was sold! I received a facial from Claudia- and let me tell you... IT WAS AMAZING! I am pregnant and have some strange things happening with my skin, but Claudia was patient and knowledgeable, and she offered me some helpful suggestions. Everything felt soooo good. She was incredibly professional, and really kind. Massage Envy is a chain, but today I received customized individual treatment from people who were friendly, and did not make me feel like I was in a franchise at all! Thank you Desiree and Claudia!
