We contacted them when we found some mud tunnels forming on the front of our porch recently.After receiving a friendly hello from Kay when we called, she quickly fixed an appointment for us within the week. After checking the house, the inspector Luis sent a report as well as the recommended treatment plan shortly after. What really impressed us was when the treatment specialist, Oli came to start work. He arrived slightly earlier than the scheduled time of 930am. He was friendly and patient as he went through the items he would be working on that day. After realising that he had quite a bit to cover, he started working right-away, even skipping his lunch just to finish the work in a timely manner.We noticed Oli was very thorough in his work, cleaning up as he finished them in a methodical manner, both outside the structure as well as inside the crawlspace. The areas where he had to drill and pump in the chemicals were all very nicely patched up and barely noticeable. At the end he even shared some tips on what to look out for, eg. keeping mulch level away from the vents. Ask for Oli and Luis if you decide to give this company a try.I would definitely recommend them to my friends.“

“I've now had two great interactions with SVHF. They did an awesome job refinishing our floors on our house back in 2014. We called them up again for another place. After assessing our floors Tony gave an honest opinion that the best thing to do was just clean and fill. He took the time to explain all the options and why he recommended that over actually getting them refinished or replaced. He recommended some products and explained the basics.“
