“We hired Cruz Brothers to refinish several wood floors in our house. I had interviewed 3 other companies and was most impressed with their explanation of the process. They were considerate and professional and their prices were reasonable. If I were able to do it over again I would hire them only to do a natural finish. I chose a light stain, very close to natural, and there are many areas around the edges where you can see the brush/pad strokes from the staining. I'm not sure most would notice, but it does bother me. Whoever did the staining should be better trained.“

“Came across this shop when we first started hunting for wood floors. The shop is not open all the time but it was easy to arrange to meet Jeremy to come in and look at samples to take home. His prices were the best we found in the area for the product. After a year of patiently working with us to make decisions, change product decisions on him, and be ready in our house he also is doing our install. He is also working with us by doing it in phases since not all areas of the house are ready at once. He did our first phase this week with engineered hardwood and new baseboards and we are thrilled with how they look. He’s a nice guy that is reasonable and does good quality work.“

He replaced the damaged section of subfloor, installed the new floor, and cleaned up after himself including taking away the materials from the old flooring. Additionally, he repaired a small damaged section of hardwood in our kitchen. He was on time for each appointment, had all tools and materials with him, and was quick to respond to emails and phone calls. He's professional, personable, and skilled. Recommended!“
