i came upon heather's salon "headdress" after frequenting the adjacent starbucks a number of times. i remember i kept thinking what a lovely location and lovely building, and then i happened to need a haircut one week and reached out to heather. her response was prompt and personal. we made an appointment for the same week, despite her busy schedule and i remember the first time i walked into her salon, i thought i was in greenwich village or the west side in NYC, it's a magical gem. although i was only in town for but a few months, i truly enjoyed getting to know heather. you can tell she cares about her clients and her craft. she always made sure i was comfortable and...read full review

I received a facial from Kathryn and it was all that I expected. She used products that were gentle on the skin which I liked. I don't like extractions, but she made them quick and painless! I also received a haircut from Heather and I really liked the outcome. Received many compliments!
