I did not get my hair done here but I just wanted to comment on how amazing the owner is Nicole. My car stopped working right in the middle of her driveway to her salon parking lot and instead of getting mad, she was the most kindest and sweetest person. She helped me push my car into a parking spot and than made sure I was ok and made sure I didn't need anything before she left! If someone is that kind to a perfect stranger on the street, I bet her salon would take amazing care of you!!

My friend recommended Andrea for haircut and highlights and I am so glad I went! Andrea did an amazing job. My highlights look natural and amazing and my hair cut turned out exactly how I wanted it. I am so happy with the result. I have been to a few different salons in the Monterey area and none have turned out as good. I will definitely be going back. Thanks so much Andrea!

The best! I had a very messed up dye job done in NYC and Kelleigh worked her magic on my hair! It took a few sessions, but SO. WORTH. IT! I get so many compliments everywhere I go and I tell them, "Go to The Collective!" I am so happy with the my hair that I come loyally every 3 months! This is coming from a girl who always cut her own hair and didn't believe in going to the salon for the first 30 years of her life. It's time to adult it and LOVE YOUR HAIR! Take good care of yourself and check this place out! The women here are so talented and amazing!
