“Jorge and his crew were wonderful. Jorge was patient and clearly explained to me the entire process from the work itself to the financing that was offered which was the GoGreen financing. This project initially started off as just a replacement of the roof, but after he explained what GoGreen financing covered, I decided to add painting of the house as well.When he came over for the initial estimate, he walked with me around the property explaining what needed to be replaced but also indicated which pieces could remain so that it won’t be replaced unnecessarily. I feel other contractors would say replace everything just to inflate the cost. When it came time to paint the house, he personally came over to provide color swatches of the color that I wanted.What I really appreciated the most was his communication with the job and the timeline for completion. I received daily communications from him on what his crew would be working on that day or the next day. One of the days of roof work, there was going to be a small chance of rain the next day. Him being concerned with it, he let me know that night that he’ll send a couple of people over to cover up the bare roof so that it won’t be exposed to the elements the next morning. Now THAT is caring service.In addition, his crew is just as amazing. After taking off the shingles from the old roof, they made sure to clean up everything on the ground. It really looked like they had not placed the old stuff there in the first place. After the paint work, they meticulously scrubbed the small bits of paint on the floor and cleaned up everything.Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with his professionalism and quality of work. “A roof leak during winter storms is never fun. Called Inhome Renovation and they came out the very next day. They assessed the damage and scheduled the work for that Saturday. Luckily, it was between storms and they were able to make the roof repairs. The following week, I was contacted several times to ensure there wwre were not any additional leaks. The plasterer was scheduled and he fixed the damage to the inside wall and then the painter finished the job.All crew showed up when scheduled, were polite, and left all work areas spotless. I was very impressed and happy with the workers and their work. I would deffinatly use Inhouse Renovation for any my home repair needs.“
