“This contractor is not qualified to install concrete. I hired them to pour and finish a small concrete slab around my pool. The first time they set the concrete, it cracked in 7 places within the first hour. They had to jack hammer everything out. During this process they damaged the pool coping, and did not reduce the price to cover the damage. The second time they set and finished the slab, the finish was different shades of gray. The job will have to be performed again by someone else.“

We had voids under the carport, which was cracking and breaking, so the voids were filled with the foam stuff to stabilize the concrete. The concrete was also pressure washed and sealed. “Salvador and his team were communicative, professional and efficient in their work. They finished the job within the time frame they indicated on the contract which we really appreciated. Jackie was very nice and communicated the steps on the project and told me if there were any issues. Salvador was very knowledgeable and passed all city inspections without issues.
