I accompanied my mother today, who is a Spanish speaker, to the arthritis clinic and was very disappointed by the behavior of the front desk staff member named Quan. Her demeanor came across as unwelcoming and dismissive from the start, as if she didn't want to be there. I observed the interaction until I had to step in myself. At one point, she even slammed a pen on the desk for my mother to sign a form, which was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. Front desk staff represent the first impression of your clinic, and experiences like this leave a very poor reflection on the quality and compassion of the facility as a whole. Considering your patients often deal with pain and health concerns, it's important that the staff show patience, kindness, and professionalism at all times.
I was always on & off the crutches till I started coming here. They were the first business to relieve me of my problems with pain and walking due to foot arthritis. These people truly know what they're doing and I am grateful..
I take my grandmother to Freddy for her knee injections. There are very few medical professionals that will take your time and care into consideration. He is kind and friendly. Freddy asked for feedback regarding the wait time, this is a first in my 20+ years of going to the doctors. If you want to know if someone is good at what they do, pay attention to the small details. Freddy does all the small things perfectly.
