We were contacted by Quality Conservation Services who works with So Cal Gas Company to provide us with new, energy saving products at no charge to us at all. Of course we initially thought it was a scam because they were offering so many products and services, including a new tankless water heater. This company's customer service team are amazing. They are kind, friendly, knowledgeable, they answer their telephones and/or return your call should they be away from the office. My husband, Tabb Washington and I are thoroughly impressed with Quality Conservation Services! Thank you to all of the staff there.

I am very thankful for this program. My experience was great with the service Marcos the technician did an excellent job very professional clean and helpful. I love my thermostat is updated and showers faucets as well everything in general was great ???? He also said he was gonna put in a request for a water heater. Thanks a lot very appreciated.
