I met with her before hand so she could take a look at my hair and make sure it was in good condition as well as give me directions so I was prepared for day 1. “They do an amazing job, but be careful. I went in asking for bangs and without any warning got a complete hairstyle and cut costing me $70. I only asked for bangs. Went in for bangs, left without $100. Super sweet girls and pretty decent job. Just not at all what I asked for. At least warn the people.“
