I cannot say enough great things about this salon! The staff was WONDERFUL and very knowledgeable about the products they carry. The salon was clean and spacious. Shannon gave me a perfect cut! I have long layers, and I rarely trust people to cut them properly. She did a great job, making sure that they layers were visible, my split ends were gone, and shaped the front layers to my face (which is exactly how I want a cut!). She also educated me about two Aveda products (that I absolutely HAD to take home once I tried them) that would help my split ends. I love them so much and will need more soon! I visited Xylem for the first time on Saturday as I was only looking for Aveda products. I was immediately greeted and offered help with questions and I found what I was looking for in addition to a new product that I had not tried before after being offered a little sample. I also ended up coming back for a consultation on some color correction and then I booked a service. My color and cut service was with Loretta and she did a great job on my hair. Alen is one of the best hairdressers at this salon. After a thorough hair consultation and hair color change, I'm happy to say that I love my new look. Alen was not only professional but also provided excellent service during the process. The salon overall was great, clean and very friendly.
