Jimat the office has great communication skills and sent Scotty on 4/13 to replace water heater. He was quick and knowledgeable.
Water Heater valve started leaking and he was sent back 4/15 and replaced valve, no charge. Thank you you Jim and Scotty for helping us!
Performance Electrical and Plumbing came out to my home to diagnose a strange noise coming from my downstairs toilet. This company was sent to my home by my home warranty company. Scotty was the plumber who came. He arrived right on time. Texted me when he was 30 minutes out so I was prepared and knew who to expect. He introduced himself, came in and went right to work. Now I wait for my home warranty company to approve the fix. Just wanted to give a shout out and a thank you to Performance Electrical and Plumbing and Scotty for being so great so far.
Performance Electrical & Plumbing went above and beyond in fixing my outdated laundry room light fixture and ballast. They also worked very diligently replacing a converter on a shower/tub combo. I would recommend them and will for sure use them again
