“After six years with LensCrafters, my wife took me to this clinic and had already told me about the excellent customer service. Dr. Orathay and his assistants, Lacy Joslin and Jamie Lewis, were always very friendly, which makes a big difference compared to other optometry clinics. They don't look at your face with a dollar sign. My prescription was for transition lenses, which didn't work for me, and they agreed to exchange them for bifocals. When they called me to pick up the lenses, everything was EXCELLENT. For the prescription change, they also gave me a small refund to my debit card (something unexpected). If you'd like help in Spanish, they'll be happy to do so. Super honest, punctual, and very professional. Thank you so much!
