She gives positive feedback and instructs what will be done in each upcoming set by modeling how to do each move properly. Her classes are fun and welcoming and always full. Angelica is personable, approachable, and friendly. I highly recommend her classes.
Everythings fantastic at the Prescott location, From the workers greeting you when you walk in, to the cleanliness of the facility, good people, good vibes in this gym, only one I've been to in town, but why fix what ain't broken. If the rest are like here then overall perfect chain.
