In-Shape Family Fitness is a popular health club with 63 locations across California. The gym offers a variety of amenities, including studio fitness classes, personal training, sauna, Pickleball, and pool areas. Childcare is also available at most clubs. The staff is described as "super amazing" and provides excellent customer service. Angelica at the front desk is noted for her friendly demeanor, and Vince is recognized for being knowledgeable and helpful. The gym offers classes such as Body Pump, Body Combat, Yoga, and Freestyle, which are all highly recommended. Despite some concerns about parking, especially during busy times, In-Shape Family Fitness remains a great option for those looking to stay active and connect with others while building a healthy mind, body, and spirit.

I love that there’s a variety of equipment to use. All the machines and equipment are spread out, it doesn’t feel like you’re working out super close to someone. Plus the staff is amazing!
