I enjoyed the water fitness class. Veronica, the instructor, was so fun and energetic.
Ceres In-Shape also has great exercise equipment and the facility is clean and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful.

They have so much to offer & great hours too. If I had to choose something they could work on, it would be helpful to not be so cold in pool area & rubber mats on floor in locker room to prevent slip & falls
