This is a very difficult time I lost my son. Rick made the process of answering heart felt questions easy and not so solemn like other funeral directors. RIck noticed I was starting to tear up and quickly handed me a box of tissue. He listened to my concerns about
investigating detictivive who i have to contact as they are not asking questions about my sons death to anyone. I want an investigation. RlIck assured me he will let me know when he is able to pick up my son before picking him up. I need to know so I can see if detective finished investigation or is ignoring my request.

Rick did a great job helping my family prepare and make funeral arrangements for a viewing, mass, and burial service. He was always on time for all of the events and went above and beyond to fulfill our needs. Rick is very friendly and easy to talk to.
