My family and I are incredibly grateful to Franklin & Downs for the care, compassion, and professionalism they showed during one of the most difficult times. A special thank you to Felicia, who was absolutely amazing throughout the process. My father was transported out of state for burial at a National Cemetery, and Felicia coordinated all the arrangements. What meant the most was her communication and personal touch.
