Check in was great-Jason. Initial nurse great. Initial visit with Dr. Great . Xray tech great. Dr. Wanted to see me after xray. Went to room then waited 40 minutes and step out in hallway to mention i had been waiting 40 minutes. First nurse passing by said Dr would be right with me. I continued to wait outside door and another nurse passed by and said very very rudely that they could not drag out the Dr. From another room. Shortly after that my Dr. Came in from outside door as she had been on lunch. Total time waiting was one hour. Dr. Apologized profusely and with sincerity. I really like the Kaiser service. Doctors and Nurses are wonderful. I had a really serious infection problem a few months ago. I went into the local MV office on a Thursday evening around 6:00 p.m. Nurses and Doctors made sure I received the medication I needed. Doctors and Nurses stayed until 10:30 p.m. to make sure I was treated. They also scheduled an appointment for Friday evening and Saturday evening to make sure I received multiple antibiotic treatments. I would give them 10 stars but only 5 available to select:) Thank you so much Kaiser!!!!

This morning, I had a phlebotomist from Kaiser Permanente draw blood, and she was the best phlebotomist of ever had the experience of working with! I highly recommend Shahnaz M. She’s the best!!
