I called in for a same-day appointment, which went well. They were punctual and knew my name when I arrived. The service at this clinic is noticeably different from PetSmart. I would recommend visiting here before visiting the other location. The doctor was very understanding and knowledgeable. He confirmed my bias and, after telling him how I was treating my pet, he ensured I took the correct precautions and also gave me extra info and med options. Definitely coming back and to have my other cats checked up and will recommend to all my friends and family. This place is genuinely committed. Thank you for your care.
