Update: I had another positive experience here. Every time I contact their clinic, they go above and beyond to responds to my needs, even if that meant talking to me for 15 minutes on the phone to answer all my questions. I honestly don't think any other clinic would be able to match the quality customer care I experienced here on all the different occasions.
I had a very positive experience here. I brought my dog to 3 places back-to-back, and only at this place, did the treatment make sense. Dr. Vu called and spoke to me for 30 minutes about my dog 2 weeks later. That is really going above and beyond. I think Dr. Vu is the very best and I trust her.

Incredibly compassionate and understanding Vet! My situation was a dog that needed emergency surgery.
They went above and beyond to help, were honest & caring, explained all details and trade-offs, and quoted less than other emergency vets I contacted.
It felt like the staff “just got it”and could comprehend the situation. They genuinely care about animals and their families
Also, they weren't our pet's primary vet, but they managed to rearrange their schedule to help my dog
Give Advanced Vet Medical Center a call. They’re happy to help!

I've only been to this vet a handful of times, but overall the staff was very friendly and accommodating and were very transparent and explained the charges or the services that they offer.
