“My friend recommended to see Sarah since I was looking for a pair of diamond earrings. She came for a show in Pasadena and Tony along with Sarah helped me and my 2 friends. We all ended up buying and super happy with our purchases. I bought a pave diamond ring for my mom and a pair of hoop diamond earrings for myself. The quality of her products are at least VS and G and up. They were super patient and helpful and the prices were very fair. I highly recommend this place.“

“What a great experience! Mark is true professional. He appraised 3 family heirlooms for my husband and me. The process was fascinating and far more detailed than I had imagined. Mark gave us images, documents, details, and all we could need for insurance purposes. We intend to return with more pieces, including some old family watches. Mark is a pleasure to work with with, astute, and knowledgeable. We also loved his adorable dog, Shackleton. Looking forward to returning and will recommend Mark to family and friends.“

“I purchased my engagement ring with Design Jewelers. I visited many other stores including Derco, but Design Jewelers offered the best customer experience as well as the best selections and pricing for my custom ring. Maria was a fantastic professional who made the experience smooth and without any pressure, making sure I understood my options and what made each diamond different. Maria was even able to secure a diamond that was a better fit for what I wanted after I reviewed their initial selection, so do inquire if you don’t immediately see what you like. On top of giving me dedicated care and attention compared to other stores, they also had the fastest timeline for producing my custom engagement ring. Highly recommend!“

“This was a great find in Chinatown! I was on a work trip and stopped by to get some jade pendants, but fell in love with more and purchased multiple pieces. Regardless of what other reviews said, I received very nice, respectful and overall great service. Prices were awesome too because I already know what the prices would be at Macy's and other jewelry stores both online and in-store. They took extra good care of the merchandise and put each one in a nice little bag. This lovely couple even gave me some fruits for so I would have something to snack on at my hotel. They were so cute! I will definitely visit them again next time I come through town!“

“A true gem and legacy business in the North Beach area. Three generations of jewelers have set up shop here. Daniel, the second generation, holds classes and produces beautiful pieces. You can take a workshop and build your own custom made wedding ring or learn how to hammer out a copper bowl. Swing by on First Fridays to check out the studio and learn interesting things about the neighborhood. The value and quality of the pieces are stunning!“

“We had so much fun in the bezel making workshop! Amy was so amazing and patient with us as we navigated our way through the process. And we walked away with beautiful new pieces of jewelry that we can say we made ourselves! I will definitely be back for more. The space is perfect: clean, organized and every tool imaginable. The garden in back is an added bonus!“

Pearl Factory Hawaii's Original Pearl-In-The-Oyster Jewelry

“Go see Lynn. She loves her job. She made sure she told us how to care for our pearls & to wait until the next day to wear them. Amy let me pick oysters to get pearls out of and she opened them. They were both beautiful, but 1 was really large. It was exciting opening oysters with possible pearls in them. It was fun look at the different settings each 1 could be placed on to make a piece of jewelry. Is it touristy? Sure. But go see them. It's fun doing. Lllllll both parts: finding a possible Pearl & building a necklace, or ring with the pearls you've found. Lynn really enjoys making beautiful things & helping her customers. Lynn will catch up soon.“
