I've made 3 purchases from AfricaGems. The first I had to cancel, the owner was very helpful and cancelled it with no problem. The second, I was very impressed with the quality and beauty of the gem I received, as well as the careful packaging. Shipping did take a while to Canada, but that wasn't a problem. The third, unfortunately seems to have been lost in the mail but the owner gave a full refund after investigating. Every time I've contacted him he's been polite and helpful. I will definitely order from them again in the future if the occasion arises.
