I was searching for a true blue, eye clean indicolite and stumbled across Africa Gems in my search. I found Marc very easy and flexible to work with in terms of price and transparent return policy. As a lay person, I wanted to see the stone in person and share with the jeweler designer I chose to get their opinion. Turns out the jeweler, knew Marc’s father and was very complimentary of both the stone and the business. Sure did ease my mind and I decided to keep the stone and move forward with my project! I've made 3 purchases from AfricaGems. The first I had to cancel, the owner was very helpful and cancelled it with no problem. The second, I was very impressed with the quality and beauty of the gem I received, as well as the careful packaging. Shipping did take a while to Canada, but that wasn't a problem. The third, unfortunately seems to have been lost in the mail but the owner gave a full refund after investigating. Every time I've contacted him he's been polite and helpful. I will definitely order from them again in the future if the occasion arises.
