The ambiance is a perfect mix of sophistication and coziness, complete with thoughtful touches like pink slippers to replace your shoes and an adorable coffee bar setup. Kiara, my lash technician, was incredible. She took the time to thoroughly understand how I wanted my lashes to look and feel, walking me through all the different lash styles, lengths, and textures. I loved the 1-page guide they use--it made the whole process so clear and easy to visualize. When I woke up after my session, I had exactly the lashes I had envisioned. As someone who's been getting lash extensions for the past 10 years, I can confidently say this was the best ambiance and service I've ever experienced.
