Noelle is fantastic. She is quite possibly one of the sweetest humans on the planet and her attention to detail and precision is unparalleled. I have seen her for brows and lashes and look so much more refreshed and awake after our visits together. Her studio is adorable and filled with all kinds of fun things to look at. If you get lucky, you might even meet her itty bitty doggie and get some pet therapy. Can't recommend her enough!
