American Eagle did a major remodeling on my house last year (moved 2 walls, gutted 2 bathrooms, kitchen improvements, living room beams & fireplace improvements, electrical, painting, & more). They did a wonderful job, were great to work with, & even suggested numerous places where I could save money on the job. Overall cost reasonable, ethical, & on time. This year I've already contracted them to do an extension onto my house with an extra bedroom & bath after having such a good experience with them last time. I've had bad experiences with contractors and American Eagle is terrific. Highly recommended.“

“Chris and RBC were amazing. The issues with ordering from Lowe's were problematic, however, RBC being their installation crew saved the day. All ran smoothly once RBC stepped in. They are super dialed in and have great systems in place for customer care. I appreciated the attention to detail they invested when looking over our items upon receipt. I felt like they had our backs in looking for any imperfections. They were like family working at our home for several days. Chris addressed issues that were not part of his scope to go the extra mile to make sure I felt supported. He responded to communication within an hour and had a plan in place for the one week he was on vacation. This company is top-notch. Two minor issues that need to be resolved and of course he has already agreed to come up and look at re-aligning a drawer and cabinet front. “Ruthie is a talented and committed designer who transformed our great room. This room is the central space in our very small house, and we last furnished and decorated it when we had toddlers. Those kids are nearly grown now, and our needs and tastes have changed a lot. So a year ago we called Ruthie, seeking help. Over the next year, she and Chet were frequent visitors to our house, taking measurements, showing us mockups, and advocating for her ideas (while ultimately respecting our sense of style - and our decisions). Our house is very small, and every square inch counts. So she designed an entertainment center in the corner of the room, with most of the electronics hidden behind new drawers that come out of the wall. She redesigned an existing closet that we barely used because the door swung out so far into the room, it bumped into our couch. Now we have this super-clever low profile closet that’s higher and wider than the original – way more usable storage space. She recommended several new pieces of furniture, too, which are now sitting in our great room, simultaneously more comfortable, attractive, and space-economical. In short, the room really is more pleasant and usable now, and it looks so much better too. This was all due to Ruthie. She worked very hard on this project, searching magazines, the internet and trade shows to find us the perfect chair or the ideal closet hinge. This was not an easy job – our house has a lot of custom construction, our walls are all tongue-in-groove paneling that is very hard to find (she found someone who could custom-mill it). But she saw us through to the other side, and we are very pleased with the result. We got to know her (and her subcontractors) very well in the process, and we’ve got an excellent relationship (that’s not nothing – the whole renovation took over a year). Did I mention she doesn’t even specialize in living rooms? Apparently bathrooms are her niche! Well she definitely knew her stuff. I highly recommend her. She will work and work and work for you, and your house will show it.“

We needed this finished before escrow closed so he and his crew came on a Saturday and did the work. We needed the report of repairs before Monday by 9:00am he gave it by 7:00am.
