This was my first time at Total Glow and my first facial ever and it was such a great experience!The staff were incredibly friendly and prompt. You receive a skin consultation right at the beginning that tells you how your skin is doing and the healing starts from there. I have dry skin so that was my big concern.My aesthetician was Sayaka and she was so professional and caring! She walked me though every facial procedure she was doing to keep me informed and made sure I was comfortable the during the process. The cleaning felt really soothing, and didn’t hurt at all. I did the hydra facial with Sayaka at Total Glow Wellness, it was an amazing experience! it was total 285$ but worth every penny; atmosphere was on point with all the ambience and relaxation music played in the background, you can't but fall asleep when she takes care of you! and if you become a member of course you are gonna get extra perks and some very good knowledgeable friends here, at the end of the day we all need to take care of our skin, if you want to look pretty! The spa was clean and relaxing. My esthetician was Sayaka who was very kind and knowledgeable. She started with a skin analysis and then gave me a customized facial for my skin. Sayaka is also a masseuse so her hand massage and face massage was top notch. Highly recommend!
