“My facial at Lorena’s home studio was my first. It was a completely new experience for me and I was not disappointed. Lorena was as gracious as she was professional. I enjoyed a customized Ageless Facial (XO8+LED, Ultrasound, micro-current and Oxygen Infusion) which was followed by a Retinol Mask. Already, my skin looks and feels healthier. In addition to my treatments, Lorena instructed me on how to use retinol as part of my regular skin regimen and stressed the importance of a gentle daily cleanser, moisturizer, and SUNSCREEN! There is no question … I will definitely be going back for repeat visits.“

“This was my first time at Total Glow and my first facial ever and it was such a great experience!The staff were incredibly friendly and prompt. You receive a skin consultation right at the beginning that tells you how your skin is doing and the healing starts from there. I have dry skin so that was my big concern.My aesthetician was Sayaka and she was so professional and caring! She walked me though every facial procedure she was doing to keep me informed and made sure I was comfortable the during the process. The cleaning felt really soothing, and didn’t hurt at all. She did apply a cleaner that stung for 30 seconds but it went away fast.This felt like a spa! The soft music and aromas made it feel like you were away on an island.After the treatment, Sayaka explained how to take care of my skin properly, steps to take each day, and recommended products that will help keep my skin young and hydrated. I highly recommend coming in to get a treatment or a gift to a friend/family. Be sure to request Sayaka, she was amazing!10/10“

“Went to Kim for ear piercing and she was wonderful! My ear piercings had closed so she just reopened them. Originally I thought she would need to re-pierce it but she managed to avoid my going through extra pain (and she didn't charge me for the piercing!). She is very sweet, patient and knowledgeable. I would love to try her facials one day. So glad to have found her!“
