Omar is full of knowledge, and he's great at sharing it with his clients. I learn something new every time I have a conversation with him. We have lots of forms every year to report, he so patient and detailed as he enters each one. He has saved us so much money, he clarified what we can and can't use as tax deductions. This year they didn't take appointments and honestly this was a better system, I arrived Friday morning at 10:45am (They opened at 11am) they had six people before me waiting for them to open. They took our name down in the order that we arrived, you can choose to be helped by any of them or you can request a specific person. I was ready to wait to be helped by Omar, the wait wasn't bad at all, I waited about an hour and 15 minutes. Be sure to get there early if you can or be prepared to wait, it will definitely be worth the wait. Oh and for the cherry on top the offer you a calendar, my dad loves calendars so we look forward to a new one each year.“
