I went to Kathy in complete distress, I hadn’t filed in like 3 years, the pandemic had me all messed up; Kathy didn’t care, and jumped right in to help me regain control. She was incredibly patient, and knowledgeable and made getting back on financial track easy less scary. Just being real, as a kind of young dude who doesn’t know much about taxes- April can seem quite overwhelming, and I left our appointment feeling like she had answered any foreseeable question I had, and that she cared more about me being a LIFE customer, than making a quick Buck off of me.
