If I could award 10 more stars, I would. I have trusted Bess to prepare my taxes for 11 years because she is reliable, detailed, responsive, and overall an outstanding tax professional who is also a pleasure to work with. She is an excellent communicator who truly cares about her clients and builds strong and loyal relationships with them. I cannot imagine trusting anyone else with my confidential information and actually look forward to tax season because I know Bess will make the complicated tax filing process simple, smooth and as painless as possible.

Bess was responsive and open to answering our questions and queries. We have a fairly complex tax arrangement as I have property and savings overseas, but this was handled with no problems. We'll be using Bess again next year.
