I had an excellent customer service experience at Menlo Optical. They don't have thousands of frames to choose from, but what they have is representative and of very good quality. The glasses I selected are so light that I hardly even know I'm wearing them. The fitting was meticulous. I will come back here rather than the large chain optical shops. Menlo Optical really knows what they are doing, and glasses are too expensive to be unhappy with the final product.

Mark is an expert at suggesting the perfect contact lenses based on my prescription, usage and needs. I have used his service for over 5 years and he gets it right every time. He's patient, professional and precise. Thank you Mark!

Twice now I've dropped into this local store to have my sunglasses repaired. The gentleman working there fixed them with on the spot with no questions asked - and I'm not even a customer!This offers the epitome of superb customer service. They're friendly and professional. Thank you!
