“Came in for a VHS repair. It was great to find someone who was competent and willing to do this. Repairs completed within a week, one week earlier than initial estimate.”
“I'm 84 and I was delighted to discover an Apple Approved Service Provider here in Mountain View, as the closest Apple Store is farther. The online appointment setup and prep process was clear and easy. At the store, I was treated courteously. The options for analysis and repair were explained patiently and thoroughly. My iPhone 15 Pro is under AppleCare One and they replaced the screen for the $29 fee per Apple's scale. I was impressed by Ali's customer service - he was gracious, knowledgeable, and accommodated my wish not to have to return on the e-bike, as it's a longish ride. It was a relief to get the iPhone fixed in a clean service center with excellent customer service that reflects Apple's high standards.”
