“My Og Xbox 360 Disc tray stopped working. I found a tray online and attempted to repair it. Well it didn't go the way I expected.
So since it's an outdated Console, I knew my choices were limited. I did a Google search and luckily for me . I found this place.
So about a week later I dropped off my Xbox and paid the $50 fee to look at it. I was told systems repair would be two weeks. And if I decided to get the repair the $50 will go into it.
2 weeks later I got a call to come and get your Xbox. Dropped another $70 and left a happy camper. You might say $120? I could of bought a used one for around that price. But who knows what type of condition it would be in. I needed this one repaired because it was repaired back in the day when it was still under warranty with Xbox and I boxed it ( stored away) for years.
I had another Xbox 360 Slim that I did bring in right after, but the guys gave me a solid and told me that it was unrepairable. I didn't have to pay the $50 bucks to look at it.
This place rocks A plus here.”
