Brandon arrived on time and waited for me to respond to his presence. He was very polite and professional. He worked hard to get my unit to work properly but my furnace was very old and noisy. He did his best.
Left coast air promptly called and made appointment once I submitted a request to my home warranty. They made an appointment, gave me a window of time to expect their tech and said they would text me a half an hour before they were to arrive. And that's just what they did, arrived on time, handled the problem in one trip! That has never happened before with any kind of service call I have made, always takes at leat 2 trips. Anyway these guys were great, prompt, neat and handled the issue quickly. They will now be my "go to guys" for my home and rentals!
