Perfect place to get away in the heart of Mendo, walking distance to shops, restaurants, the beach, and hiking trails to the headlands. Pet friendly and accommodating. The inn and spa have never disappointed. The redwood hot tubs are amazing! First heard of the Sweetwater by staying the the late night room and have since stayed in both the Flower and Apple cottages. Will be back!

We were at Sweetwater to celebrate our sons wedding! We stayed in the Redwood Tower, which has the most fabulous upper deck with a 360 degree view! And dog friendly!! It is an easy walk down to the beach.
There were many adorable cabins all together so it was perfect for the guests. And the wonderful Italian Restaurant, Luna Trattoria was so delicious for the celebration. Service beyond 5 stars!!

We went to Mendocino for a family wedding. The Sweetwater Inn was perfect for us! We loved the kitchen & sitting area. So comfortable. So well equipped. Very comfortable room on all aspects. The staff was very helpful everytime we needed something. The spa is wonderful with additional amazing staff!! We will definitely stay here next time our travels bring us to Mendocino!!
