“Our stay at the Nicholson House was memorable and superlative. The room was curated to the hilt... Furniture, lighting, bathroom, linens, record player, and little touches like a sip of whiskey in a vintage decanter with vintage glasses and homemade cookies and coffee ground fresh for us each morning. What nice touches. Another great thing is that everything is right there just steps away... Specifically, morning coffee and fresh baked pastries (on the house) right next door, and the Beaujolais Cafe, also next door and which we so good. (Service and food and atmosphere.) The inn owner was responsive and kind and clearly takes pride in what she's created. We can't wait to get back to Mendocino and do this again.“
