Excellent service and quick response. We had a few very dangerous redwood trees near our house with one of them about to fall. We had a few other tree service companies look at the situation and they didn’t want to touch them or would do the job for a ridiculous price. Tom came out the same day of contact and had some equipment at the house by the end of the day. The following day they were able to take down the dangerous trees. Tom and his team were very polite, respectful and did a fantastic job with great clean up. A special thank you to Juan for taking down the hazardous trees and his leadership of the crew. DMC was highly recommended from a friend of mine. Dan and his crew remodeled my mom's two bedrooms, downstairs floors, and her downstairs bathroom. They also changed out a light in the laundry room. They did a wonderful job and took their time to do an amazing job. I highly recommend Dan and his crew to do anything in your house whether it's in the inside or outside.

I had Diamond Touch Roof Cleaning clean and do some repairs on one of my rentals. They did a fantastic job. The roof had a ton of moss on it and they got it all off and the difference is night and day. They also cleaned the siding and the house looked like a different place. I highly recommend them for roof and siding cleaning and repairs. He was also very accommodating to our schedule and got everything done asap.

Once was on an emergent manner and they were Johnny-on-the-spot. Most recently they helped us determine where our leach field actually was so that we knew if we could build on a particular part of our property. Ver professional. We highly recommend them.
Kirby is amazing! The best hairstylist I've ever had the pleasure of going to. She is an amazing person, so kind, and also gives the most amazing haircuts! She always takes the time to listen to exactly what I want and always keeps my lines super straight since half of my head is shaved. Plus someone that can cut my hair and also shave my head is amazing. 10/10 would recommend to anyone

Each of them brings their own style and skill, but no matter who you sit with, the cut, fade, and style come out immaculate every single time. The shop has a great vibe, and they make sure you feel comfortable and taken care of. Consistently top-notch service—I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Every person in this office is unbelievably kind and helpful. After some really bad experiences I hadn’t been to a dentist in over a decade. I broke a tooth and needed to find someone who would see me. I’m so happy I found a dentist who didn’t shame me or try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. If I had known that dentists like this existed I never would have waited so long to go.

Sensory-friendly gorgeous perm! Breanna was wonderful. She talked me through every step of what we were going to do, so I felt comfortable and confident. She was also fantastic about accommodating my sensory needs/difficulties. I had my pixie cut permed and it came out beautifully, looking just like the goal pictures I had shown her. She was careful to tweak all the little bits that needed tweaking till it was exactly right. I smile every time I catch sight of myself in a mirror!

Bob Sutter has been doing our tax prep for many years. He is always very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. We recently had a very complicated return involving the sale of 2 homes in California and the purchase of 3 in Virginia. There were two 1031 Exchanges involved, which Bob was the person who made us aware of this possibility. Since he had done our returns for many years, he also advised us years ago to save all receipts for improvements on our primary residence. We had a large capital gain, but it was much less than it would have been had we not had that advice from Bob. It is well worth hiring someone who knows the ins and outs of tax code because they save you money in the long run.
I selected Sunbolt Solar after getting bids from several local solar companies and I am positive I made the best choice. Patrick is honest, helpful, goes above and beyond and was priced right. The solar panels look great and are performing excellent! Bravo!
My sunroom roof was damaged during the extended snow a couple of years ago. Water was pouring in. A local roofing company did two expensive repairs to it, neither of which fixed the problem. Due to the ineffective repairs and subsequent worsening damage, I ultimately wound up with a rotten roof that was about to cave in. I knew I had to get it fixed before this next winter. I discovered that Northcoast Awning installs sunrooms, and so I called, hoping they do repairs too.
Nick came right out and gave a fair estimate. He knew exactly what needed to be done, and promised to get me scheduled in before the rainy season.
My entire sunroom was having issues, and when Nick and crew came, the scope of the original job expanded to include a door repair and more. They even came back to put new weather stripping around the sunroom doors.
Throughout, the whole team have been kind and professional, tidy, and thorough.The new roof has made the inside of the sunroom look better too. They also did most of the prep work moving things out of the way and carefully putting it all back, which I appreciated.
I highly recommend them.
Leiloni was the BEST!!! We were on vacation in Humboldt County and just picked the first Salon on Google maps. Leiloni had the best recommendations for local places to visit and she was so friendly and great to chat with. My mother in law and I left with great haircuts , pedicures and a LOAD of good info! Highly recommend! We had SUCH a fun time!

They have always accommodated my timeline even when super busy, and do a really nice job on my simple alterations/repairs. I’m always confident they’ll do a solid job on my zipper repairs, hemming, and tear repair. Highly recommend!
Wonderful service and family business. We needed help with a new to us vehicle that we inherited, and it looks good as new. Hard working, honest, lovely people; they really took time and care when detailing and it was evident. They even were generous enough to offer to come back if the seats needed an go at them again, and cleaned the outside of the car even though we were paying for interior detailing. Above and beyond! This is the perfect friendly little salon that I see people talking about going to their whole life, for multiple generations even, and I can see why. Everyone there is sooo friendly and the whole vibe is so welcoming.I used to see Allie years ago and fell in love with her work, the salon, the Eufora products, and everything about the place! Due to pandemic, life, etc. I stopped going for a couple years and when I finally returned, due to scheduling, I ended up seeing one of their newer stylists, Carmella, and she is amazing too! She spent an entire hour of her valuable time with me just going over exactly what I wanted to do to my hair (which had seen better days). She did everything she could to make sure all the details were just how I wanted and really took the time to listen to me and create a plan to make my hair look the best possible - I just really appreciate all of the time and energy she put into making sure I walked out as happy and confident as can be. My hair looks flawless every time I walk out of here. I’ll never go anywhere else, 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone!
Had my hair cut by Melissa and she was awesome my hair was long and one length and she cut it exactly how I wanted it which was a little longer than shoulder and layered with the layers not to short. I have natural curls and it was perfect. Best hair salon experience I’ve had in 30 years
Lucia does a great job at creating a relaxing and rejuvenating spa experience. She’s always professional and courteous to the needs of the client, making sure they’re feeling comfortable and relaxed. Plus, her prices are considerably more reasonable compared to other spas in the area. A nice gem in McKinleyville. :-)
Note that they are not accepting any new grooming clients, however they are willing to do a walk-in nail trim (much appreciated!) if you call first and schedule it.
Top notch electricians available for advice and service. They installed a GFCI outlet in my kitchen and charged me a reasonable price. They sent a clear itemized invoice in the mail as promised even though I paid the balance owed before they left my house. The lead helped me determine if I had enough protection in my kitchen and on top of that they were so friendly. I would recommend calling them for your electrical needs as I plan to call them first every time I need electrical service.
They were able to come out quickly and replace our booster pump. He also took the time to walk me through how my whole water system works.

Brooke is an amazing massage therapist! I always do a 30 minute stretch and 1.5 hr massage. She’s strong and really gets into my tight muscles but is somehow gentle at the same time. My body feels great long after my visit with her. She really knows the body and exactly what to do to bring you relief. Her space is clean and her table is always cozy and inviting. I highly recommend Brooke!
Kurt is such a cool barber. He’s given me advice on how to cut my kid’s hair whenever I’ve asked. He’s always professional and considerate of his clients’ time.
I switched to this salon last year and wow — am I so glad I did! Aside from constantly being pleased with how my hair turns out (shout out to Rachel), the atmosphere of this salon is really welcoming + inviting. It’s clear that the team here truly cares about their clients, as they were all friendly, approachable, and eager to make sure you feel comfortable + relaxed. Rachel also does a wonderful job during her consultation of really understanding what you want, and then executing it. I am thoroughly pleased and can’t wait for my next appointment!
Renee is a great colorist I've been seeing her for color and highlights and cuts. She is very knowledgeable and knows how to cover hard to cover greying hair. Love my cut too.
