I was referred to Bryce by my Trusted hairdresser. My eyebrows had become very thin and pale. I am very cautious and particular, but after meeting & talking with Bryce - I found myself to be relaxed and and comfortable with her professionalism, her non-hurried, detailed & thorough explanation of the options & process, her listening skills, the cleanliness of the treatment room, and her response to my questions about the level of pain involved. By the way, NO PAIN, just slight discomfort at most. She provides detailed instruction sheets for before and after care but is very responsive to additional questions by text. I am so happy with the totally natural results!

Bryce is an expert at her craft and is very professional. She explained everything during the procedure, which was reassuring and the discomfort was minimal. The nano-realism service has simplified life so much. Payton is very patient and detail oriented, taking her time to make you feel relaxed and comfortable. The rest of the staff are kind and helpful as well. The space always is nice and clean, impeccably decorated, and smells wonderful, adding to the overall positive experience.

I booked the 60-minute custom facial and overall had an okay experience. The esthetician was nice and I was happy with her service. My only disappointment was the timing. The actual facial started around 12:05/12:06 and was finished around 12:50. By 1:00 I had already left the building. For a service advertised as a 60-minute facial, I expected more treatment time and a little more attention to the skin. I’ve had 60-minute facials elsewhere that felt much more thorough. Overall, the service was fine, but for $150 I expected a bit more.
