“I’ve been coming to this office for the past 7 years, and the front desk staff (especially Alison, but truly everyone) deserves a gold medal. They are always welcoming, professional, and efficient.

I’ve mostly seen Kathy Kogar, who has been consistently informative, helpful, and great at addressing any questions or concerns. She follows up thoroughly and is very detailed with her exams, which I’ve always appreciated.

The office and bathrooms are always clean, which makes every visit more comfortable.

What I think could be improved: I haven’t interacted much with the doctors themselves (other than when I had a cesarean — Dr. Sullivan was wonderful), even though my visits are billed at doctor-level fees. It would be nice if the doctors were a bit more present during regular visits.

That said, the excellent staff, attentive care, and overall positive experience keep me giving this office 5 stars.“

I was referred to Angie by Phoebe's Lashes & electrolysis in Benicia, & truly feel I've been placed in the right hands. In contacting Angie, she easily fit me in for an appointment, she is cash only so please be prepared. Located in downtown Walnut Creek, it is easily accessible with parking spots out front available. Angie has been in electrolysis & this location for over 30 years, very well maintained & clean. Pricing is incredibly great for the service she provides! Angie is gentle, thorough, considerate & good spirited. She respects your needs/wishes, understands the ins & outs of treatment & provides the most at each appointment. Throughout the appointment she has a conversation with you (which helps a bit to distract you), checks in with how you're doing & updates you on how your treatment is going. She makes her own moisturizing cream that she applies after rolling over your skin with a cool gauze of witch hazel, the moisturizer is very healing & great for sensitive skin, with a very mild scent, that I appreciate. There is another woman that works in a separate room of the office which also comes highly recommended. I feel lucky to have fallen under Angie's care, my experience continues to be nothing but beneficial.“

“I cannot say enough about how much I love how Kate has transformed my hair! I realized that the Denise W review is referencing my hair! Thin, it was greying, I was coloring it myself. Kate worked with me to transform my hair to a blonde/grey combo that completely hides my grey. But I can now go 3 months without coloring, and it still looks good then! Baby highlights to blend with my grey. Coloring less and changing up my shampoo/conditioner routine and my hair is also healthier now! I would like to add that I never leave reviews, but want people to know about Kate! She is the grey whisper (how I found her on a FB group).“
