“Update: I had Suburban Dynamite come back and clean my carpets. Another excellent job! Before he started, Dustin spot cleaned several stains, walked around and looked for areas that needed special attention. Dustin has a truck mounted steam cleaning and does the work himself, using no chemicals. My carpets smelled fresh and looked great. My stairs were pretty dirty and he took his time going over each stair and each riser. He even left me some plastic slippers to wear until the carpets dried.I was so pleased with the cleaning of my windows and carpets, that I texted Dustin to ask if he could clean my 7 stained patio chair cushions. He responded quickly with a reasonable price so I scheduled again. Two nice guys came with the truck mounted unit and steam cleaned all sides of my cushions. They laid them out to dry on a canvas on my garage floor.I highly recommend Suburban Dynamite for windows, carpet, and cleaning outdoor cushions. “Jorge & Cecilia, husband and wife, are an amazing team.We have had window cleaning done before but no other company did it as fast and painlessly as they did.We moved stuff away from the windows and they did 27 windows, inside and out in 3.5 hours! This included washing the screens and removing dirt trapped in the screen tracks.Their pricing was very fair and they cleaned the glass on our outside lights for a little extra.Highly recommend Proman for windows and I think they would be great at gutter cleaning also because they were so organized with getting outside of 2nd story windows cleaned.“

“I had a roof leak that I couldn't find, a contractor friend looked at it and couldn't find it. I called Cornell Roofing and Clint Sr. came out and he couldn't find it but patched a couple of spots to try to stop the leak. The next time it rained, it was still leaking so I called Clint and told him that I wanted to get it re-roofed. He sent a guy out to tarp it for me and within a short time he had his crew on-site busting it out. Clint Jr. and his crew re-roofed and took care of all dry rot in two days. I highly recommend Cornell Roofing for your roofing project.“

“Our 18 year old Monier Lifetile Cedarlite roof had many broken tiles due to its inherent fragility and foot traffic from painters and solar equipment installers. Most roofers that we contacted refused to work on it because of its fragility. We eventually found 3 roofers who made bids (one without even going up on the roof!). We chose California Custom Contractors (CCC) because the owner, Greg Meo did a thorough inspection which he documented with photographs. His proposal, again carefully documented with photographs of the proposed repairs, was not the cheapest of the 3 but its thoroughness and Greg's obvious experience with Cedarlite tile roofs (again, more photos of past jobs) made the choice clear. We learned that CCC does not install new roofs but only does repairs.CCC cleaned moss and other debris from the roof, replaced and painted all pipe flashings, replaced all broken tiles and installed metal flashing to replace the original cracked lead flashing. All of the work done was documented with photographs. Our roof now looks fantastic and we are confident that there will be no leaks. Greg and his team of 3 very experienced workers were a pleasure to work with and get my highest recommendation. If your roof needs careful conscientious repair, call California Custom Contractors; despite their generic name, they only repair roofs.“

“Super impressed with Mark's professionalism, knowledge, and integrity. Our roof sprung a leak this winter after one of the many rainstorms. I thought we would need a new roof. Mark was responsive right away. He stopped by and did a thorough inspection on our flat roof that took over an hour. He told me a new roof was not necessary and we should get many more years out of it. He pointed to 2-3 areas that could use some attention. He explained what to do if I wanted to do it myself, or offered to come back and take care of it. I was so impressed that Mark would spend over an hour with me free of charge.
